Ontario Vodka > Russian Vodka anways.

Prince Igor Extreme 45% Vodka in the plastic bottles, Tag Vodka, and even Silent Sam are better, in my opinion, than Russian, or even Ukranian vodka.

Source: used to drink heavily.
