This will not hold up in any court
there are instances this has held up in court but it will be a costly and lengthy process and the harder part will be finding a lawyer to represent you if you're not attempting to take the case to trial Pro Se.
And you're still getting arrested in the meantime.
Only way to get the case law to stop these injustices is the follow through with your feelings and flex your rights. constitutional right are like muscles you’ll lose them if you don’t actively use them like we have been dealing with for a while now

Maybe we spotted our very first sovereign citizen on gaw lul.
Definitely not. But this particular law has been held up in court, because it is the actual written law.

You can find videos of people who do this on principle -- sometimes they're arrested (though most of the time they just get hassled and eventually sent on their way), but the charges almost never stick.

"Driver means any person who operates any commercial motor vehicle."
Upon further investigation, this may only hold up on interstate travel.
