That is discrimination
Lots of that going around. Just before Christmas my company, in an effort to make the normies not have to wear masks, they started requiring proof of vax to go into the office. Luckily the 3 of us “dummies” were spared the axe and got to just work from home until they lifted the mask rule. So I was grateful to have an understanding CEO, but definitely felt ostracized and exiled for doing nothing wrong.
But The ironic part is last week i had to take a mandatory online harassment training, and at one point there’s a slide with like 20 things that are legally protected in my state, like you can’t discriminate based on age, etc. a few stood out, like Medical status and Religious status, I can’t see how half of the things listed don’t count in this scenario…
