What a dumb move. I bet that just makes all their banking clients get the warm fuzzies at night. Subject the country to insane financial risk. The whole point of people banking with them is because they are neutral!

My thought exactly, which makes it even more of a signal. It would take a LOT to get them to do this. Someone very powerful and very frightened is pulling serious strings.
