I'm of the opinion that less than 1/3 of the country is behind Xiden at this point. The MSM will extol the glory and brilliance of him after tonight's SOTU, I'm sure. And then they will go to the store and pay 7.99/lb for ground beef or 5.00/gal for regular and all the smoke blown up their ass will dissipate and the sour taste of a bad deal will again enter their mouths.
My wife works with 100% leftists (thank God she is remote). They've gone over the last 6 years from Obama is the greatest, to Orange Man Bad, to thank God we have an adult in the White House, to silence over the last 3-4 months. These otherwise lunatics have finally shut up with nothing positive to say about the resident. Not to mention, with the exception of 1 on her team who is financially independent (large gay black man), everyone else has to mind their budget. And there isn't a chance in hell that they aren't noticing the price hikes in DC.
So yes, in some ways, the prices going up are good, because 98% of this country feels the pain.
