I thought everybody bolted when the second plane hit. Why are all those people just standing there? It makes no sense. They look too calm, making small talk.

How did he know it was a United flight? Please let me know, jackass. I'll be waiting for your answer. Somehow he knew it was a united flight, but you know it wasn't a commercial flight.
