This guy worked on drone tech, and just so happened to be in the right place at the right time.

Now 20 years later he drops this video, which is basically an admission of guilt... why now?

Someone posted earlier that allegedly, Putin is ready to release 911 documents including satellite images disproving the official story and implicating Israel in the attack. Video released for optimal indignation by the public that Putin would suggest such a thing? Things are about to get ugly.
