Make a poultice out of baking soda and cold water and put it on an insect bite or bee sting. It helps with swelling, pain and itching. Tobacco works even better. Empty the tobacco out of a cigarette or use a pinch of chewing tobacco, mix with a bit of cold water, not too watery. The next day, you will hardly know you had a bite.
