It’s such a common misconception that Catholics pray to Saints. No, we ask Saints to pray for us or to aid God’s will. For instance the St Michael The Archangel prayer is more a prayer to help in the spiritual war, calling the most supreme assets in God’s arsenal, second to Our Lady. St Michael cast out Satan from heaven after all.
