My doctor gave me a prescription for IVM, that I filled and I'm holding just in case. In the meantime I enjoy the vet version. Had been using the gel until i couldn't get it and then found out what people were talking about with the paste. Gel yes paste no. yuk. Point here ask your doctor. He may surprise you and help "you" out.
