I hear you. Not sure if it will help, but see if you can find a part time job (full if possible) doing something you may enjoy doing and dont quit your current job if it works for you. I see a lot of now hiring signs in my area but people sometimes dont want to do ‘that’ job. I can understand your parents concern. They love you and want to see you progress. Im a crew chief in the landscape management business. But my dream is actually photography and graphic design- I just lost the fire but never stopped writing down ideas. Im lazy tired after work so that doesnt exactly help me. I had other landscaping odd jobs for some extra income but got out recently to re learn my lost art. Bottom line is to find something that you know you will enjoy doing and making income. Always stay positive! I was negative for decades before ‘wising’ up to the truth and getting back with God. Keep fighting!!
