Russia would (rightfully) never allow the US military to launch a massive operation right across the border, any more than we would want Russia to do so the same in Mexico or Canada - even if the motive was "clean out the corrupt Deep State" we still could not allow that. No one else was going to do it - NATO would not and the EU could not. It was down to either the US or Russia, and again - it couldn't be the US.

Ukraine being a money laundering and trafficking hub for the Cabal and containing a lot of bioweapon labs, there are elements of each of these things listed by Q that must occur prior to mass arrests - so Ukraine absolutely needed to be cleared of these criminals:

ensuring the safety & well-being of the population
shifting the narrative, removing those in DC through resignation to ensure success
defeating ISIS/MS13 to prevent fail-safes
freezing assets to remove network-to-network abilities
kill off COC to prevent top-down comms/org

The Cabal has a LOT of mercenaries and experienced snipers that are probably streaming into Ukraine now. They know several things about the Russian military.

Fight the Russian soldiers and their dead will simply be replaced by more soldiers.
Take out top officers... and the Russian military stalls. They have a rigid command structure so nobody does anything without orders. I bet Russian officers drop like flies in Ukraine.
Putin doesn't mind losing old equipment. Take out his newest, most advanced weapons and it will sting him badly. Those are losses they can't easily replace.

My bet is the Ukraine cities become killing traps for Russian troops and their leaders. The Cabal can't let Russia win at any cost.
