This is stupid, but we have enough strays here that we don't need more kitties.
Also, this was posted yesterday: Meow you've done it: NIH Funds disgusting, immoral cybernetic cat experiments in St. Petersburg Russia, by cutting open their heads, putting electrodes on their brains and spines and electronically control cats on treadmills. More Fauci alchemical chimera transhumanist BS. https://greatawakening.win/p/142AmuUVuN/meow-youve-done-it-nih-funds-dis/
...this is wrong, funny, but wrong....
(I am just being flippant, animal cruelty is evil Period)
Good thing you clarified. I was about to get my claws out, and I spent most of the day sharpening them. 😸
I know how you actually feel about animal cruelty, so if you hadn't clarified I'd have been sitting here wondering what the hell that was about. 😸
the best dogs have a "spurious" streak...
...that is what makes us unpredictable, but lovable nonetheless...

The 'unpredictable' part made me think of what I and some others have discussed about horses. One lady said there are A student horses, B's, C's, etc. I've ridden some of each type, but I would never ever again work with anything less than an A student horse. They're unpredictable in the sense that they're so smart they can do things that seem very confounding till you figure out what they're actually telling you, and when you do figure it out you have another picture of just how smart that horse is.
