I saw a post a while back about Ivermectin on skin cancer so two days ago I dabbed some on a few red spots coming out. We will see what happens.

Wouldn't surprise me to see zinc or vitamin D/K deficiency in skin cancer patients. Have you had your vitamins and mineral levels looked at?
