Agreed. And 'ONE subject' is more important, to stop them from Hiding billions and making backdoor laws.

The Virginia General Assembly has that rule - amendments must be relevant to the original bill. No Christmas ornaments. The Dems don't even bother with amendments - they just string all the irrelevant stuff into the original bills.
