If you read Revelation - you'll notice that we have been hitting certain milestones gradually. The part where "all the money goes back to the people" appears to be entwined with vaccines being fraudulently foisted upon the world. Now that fraud vitiates the legal immunity ... it's looking possible. The aliens part is also involved ... so you'll need to plug that into your analysis.
