Yup. Still are besides SpaceX. Boeing has a system called Starliner but it's been delayed to hell and pegged with problems. First crewed launch expected later this year. If Blue Origin doesn't get their shit together and get BE-4 working they'll be have fairly limited launch options. ULA has got themselves locked into that pickle real good. It would be pretty fuckin funny if they were forced to launch on Falcon 9 which is a possibility.
