Well Republicans control the MI senate and they seem to be useless, last year they put out their report saying their investigation found no evidence of voter fraud.

Before another election is certified, the state legislatures best be sure ALL ELECTION RULES ARE FOLLOWED, no laws put in by the governor or judicial system have been enacted, voter rolls are up to date and VALID. You have 24 hours to review the election in mid terms. If unsure about the legitimacy, publicly state why you are not certifying and call for a forensic audit immediately. Immediately secure voting machines, ballots and all accompanying documents in one location under armed guard 24 hours per day, until the forensic audit is completed.

Regan recently appeared in an interview where he said he supports decertification, post-election audits, voter ID, and other election integrity measures.

Regan: I think our only option at this point is maybe a petition drive to get it on the ballot. And if we do that, we could vote to decertify or we’re going to have to actually take it through a court system with a different avenue and really go after it. Maybe it’s a national security issue, or really going after the qualified voter file, looking at those signature cards.
