Great post. Easy to understand. Have saved it to share and will follow his work as many I know are either partially vaxxed or fully vaxxed and boosted. Appreciated his focus on assistance to them of how to enhance their immune system going forward. I've used both his ZStack and IVM prophylactic protocols to safely navigate the past 2 years.
