Years ago he was on TV a lot more & always looked like controlled opposition or just in a college debate and he had gotten the conservative straw. Never really resonated core values or fire in the belly that I could see.

I was out of town recently. Last I heard on news in early May BOTH our House & Senate passed a bill allowing him to stay in office of Governor and run for President. I'm assuming he'd sign it? It'd be a treat if he stood and said I could, but decided not to enter primary and focus on bringing Florida fully back after Ian.

On the other hand, I believe that Trump lead DeSantis in Florida in a recent Primary poll? There is a lot of head shaking down here at the notion that DeSantis would "leave" us in the lurch in order to campaign as we try to re-build & economically recover from Cat 5 Ian. He was voted in and is paid by we the people to do his job. Now, he's going to tell his boss today he'll to cut his hours in half to pursue a bigger trough? Doesn't feel right. Interesting perspective. I still go back to the fact that for Musk, Twitter is only a purchased, existing company. It's not what he may see as his greatest achievements, such as Tesla, etc. Where he gets most of his personal satisfaction, what he built and most loves, how he's identified? Is is possible the Cabal "got him" with those? I noted a headline that Tesla stock had gone up after the Twitter CEO announcement.
Not to mention placating to the all the new arrivals.
