Friend of mine works for a company that basically does the software that calculates the tariffs to be charged for imports/exports for FedEx. She told me that Canada just levied an additional 35% tariff on goods imported from Russia. So for example, let's say $100 of caviar is to be shipped and say the normal tariff brings the total to $120. It is now $162. 35% on top of $120. But given that Canada isn't even one of Russia's top 30 trading partners, I doubt they really care. It is more work for her at this point.
