For Twitter, if you're on a PC, you can typically right click on the video box and you'll see an option to copy the video url (url=website link).

From there, go to https://savetweetvid.com, paste the url link and click Download.

Once downloaded, you can upload the video to https://catbox.moe and share the link here.
