Still needs analysis but the read I get is that this is a very desperate last ditch effort by Biden to keep the Cabal system afloat. Iran is not under Black Hat control, and they are dictating terms. Iran pretending to be an alternative to Russia is a bait and switch I think. Eventually Iran will join the free nations - Russia, China, Brazil, India etc in the alternate economic system that kills the fed.
