This! So much this! Could care less infers that the offensive party cares a little and the level of care COULD be reduced some more. Couldn't care less means the offensive party is at the bottom of the care factor (i.e. they hate you) and there is no more cares to give. Massive Australian USA fan here, 150% on board for the cause. However, I can't let this slip because it drives me nuts. I'm not sure how this "could care less" thing started but it needs to stop
