I like to try various tools, especially when they use the magic word "free."
One use for it is to organize files in various ways. You can link files, without copying them, into any kind of groupings you desire. One of the things I've started doing is I've made a series of nested thoughts, starting with decades and moving down to individual days to link all my files and write in all my daily diary type notes. When I'm done, it will be a complete record of my life. It'll beat anything the NSA has.
