Not always. However, this is a major factor in predicting future behavior with respect to this type of child abuse.

I would not say always as there are a lot of previously abused children who are very upset about what was done to them and absolutely do not want to put any other child through that. Some are even concerned about starting their own families because they do know this statistic and don't ever want to subject any children they may have to that kind of abuse. I tend to think if those types are conscious enough about it that they probably would not end up doing it.

A bit off topic but one of the ways that it can be determined if a child has been abused is if they know things that they should not know at their age. This kind of curriculum essentially shields abusers by teaching all children these things with the end result being, it becomes more difficult to identify which children have been abused using this screening technique.

Another interesting thought. There was a video some time back about a teacher of young kids who said she taught her young children about kink and other inappropriate things. She was eventually fired however she did get some support support from internet. I'm just spit-balling here but it seems like she may have been abused herself, and was so unaware of what had happened to her or that it was even bad, that she was trying to normalize it by teaching it to her class of kids. I suspect the most likely to offend are children who have been abused but have never properly come to terms with what happened to them.

It seems to me that this new leftist movement is trying to create an environment were they slowly normalize child abuse. Making it more difficult to detect and having curriculums that turn every teacher into a groomer is a good first step.
