How can I convince the Russians that American citizens really, REALLY want to know every last detail of everything concerning ""Ukranian"" biological facilities?"

If I were a journalist, I would be beating down the doors of the nearest Russian embassy, and beg them to imbed me inside any Russian military unit that is tasked with gaining control of any ""Ukranian"" bio-labs, to ensure that news surrounding those facilities is made available to the public.
