Thank God. Ship drivers, SWO's surface warfare Officers will spend 14 of 20 years at sea. The Navies real Sailors among the Officer corps. The guys that stick that out are usually low in numbers so if you auv a Captain who quits it is tough to replace that experi3nce. I already know the SWO community is fucked up as we are putting woman in command of warships and like it or not ship's crews become cucked.. their warrior spirit is not engaging to any real man who has to serve under them. It's tolerated P.C. culture shit amd most experi3nced male sailors really find it weakening to a combat command. all my peers are finally retired but the issues they had were unreal. Female captains who wouldn't discipline people, females getting special P.C. treatment, incompetence and quitting g in the middle of difficult shit.
One chief friend said at times females would refuse an assignment Nd a male had to be assigned to complete it. Women were allowed To be lazy. Male captains didn't dare punish the. Etc.
That's the easy stuff, the standard of skill has been diminished and now even many shipndrivers can't drive in the worst storms.
One female skipper walked off her ship after barely bringing it through a typhoon. It broke her.
So, there is no right way to do the wrong g thing Nd rhe navy can't afford to lose competent men. A competent man knows NOT TO TAKE THAT VAX.
I served on the Com7thFlt flagship during the 63-66 years and there were amazing commanders that filled ships company. I realize now I was born at just the right time to experience everything from using the helm to steer the ship, to experiencing the crossing of the equator.. The latter has been pussified beyond belief...

I also was 6th fleet in 80s. Same experience. Had great leaders, strong warriors MD combat commanders.
