Wow. They said "take down Twitter". In my last company, we had annual mandatory training with lawyers and the first thing they said is that we need to watch our language in any communications -- phrasing like "take down" and "crush" were forbidden because it could cause issues when an antitrust lawsuit starts up.

I'm not sure what the consequences of using phrases like that are ... hopefully it'll be fine for TS. I do hope they catch steam and beat Twitter irregardless.
