You can adjust your exemptions and end up having zero taxes withheld. I don't recommend it but you can do it.
Read the exemption section on your w-4 when you took your job you filled this form out, it can be adjusted at anytime. Your welcome
Right, I'm aware it comes out. But if you owe at the end of the year and just say NAH?
IMO, the IRS will get their money. They can garnish your wages. They can take your assets. I don't understand why so many advocate not paying taxes. I pay taxes. Would I like the money to be spent better? Sure.
