Well, they make the rules. It's easy and the NPC's thrive on hypocrisy, so it's not really an issue. Just like 2020 essential services. They can decide who runs on Petro and who doesn't. We'd be the only one seeing the scam. Big essential services and logistics for the rich and famous would be gas as needed. We won't be flying anywhere, we may escape.
