Project forward in time. Pretend GA, WI, AZ, PA, all "decertify" the election.
What do anons suppose happens next?
There's no Constitutional provision for what occurs in case of "decertification". It's not even totally clear that decertification is a real thing that exists within the framework of the Constitution.
Certainly, it can't be that Trump and PENCE are declared the real winners and get to suddenly take office. That one, we can discard immediately as a possibility.
It can't be that Trump is declared the winner and now gets to PICK a new VP. He won WITH a running mate.
It won't be sending the vote to the state Houses, where each gets one vote—coincidentally the same margin by which Trump would "win" in that scenario. Talk about crappy optics and making it look like he was taking office on a cheesy trumped-up technicality, with a fake vote that excludes the People—the same People who don't know or care that the 14th amendment says this is a valid way to pick a president in the event no one gets sufficient (in this case, 270+) electoral votes.
It seems the most likely scenario is the state legislatures punt on the issue. They do nothing.
Trump then goes to the Supreme Court, which also punts. They either claim he doesn't have standing, or find some other reason not to hear the case, or hear it and then rule against him.
Game over.
Good. All part of the Plan.
This is why Q never said "The legislatures and judiciaries are the only way."
Maybe a special presidential ballot in Nov. 2022, with someone like Pompeo taking Pence's spot, might work.

Thorny! Exciting time to be alive.
Uncharted territory yes.
There are more options.
Than what we know.
