Isnt it up to the state legislature? The fact that we have obama judges overriding state legislatures should concern everyone.

Legislation can't change the State Constitution easily, it's iron clad. Something like a full majority needed.

The legislation with GOP support created mail-voters act 77 in 2019. Governor Wolf tweaked ,'broadened' it's scope under covid-19 excuse. Along with all the other over-reaching things. All unconstitutional.
