Unfortunately the SCOTUS has too many members who operate on FEELZ and what they thing the Constitution SHOULD say instead of what it ACTUALLY says. That's how Roe v. Wade came into existence in the first place, finding meanings of "privacy" and "personal choice" where none existed in the prior 200 years. So amazing that those concepts managed to stay hidden for so long, isn't it?
As long as people like Sotomayor and Kagan et al. are on the court, I'm sure we're going to find more hidden meanings using some secret decoder ring that only the Left has access to.
