Seems like a weird reason to down vote someone's comment. Wasn't me. I missed that part of the comment originally. The answer is:

visegrad24 is a news networks for independent news, politics, current affairs, history and culture from the Visegrad countries. Likely a counter narrative network to the lies the EU puts out. Also, watching and reporting what they do, like these attempted sanctions. Not sure who owns or funds it but you can decide for yourself based on the content.
