This is one of Nic Cage's better films.

There are quite a few red pills in this film about arms trafficking. I'm sure this was a Black Hat confession film produced as part of one of their rituals regarding disclosure of their intentions to the public.

They hide all of their crimes in broad daylight and dress it up as fanciful fiction.
