Video below of soldiers and artillery, apparently had taken over the hospital. There's also an article on Lenta.ru with a witness claiming Ukranian soldiers evacuated the hospital several days ago, and Russia had already alerted the UN Security Council on March 6 or 7 of the evacuation and take over. I'm on mobile or I'd find it and post the article, but it wasn't hard to find using google translate.
