Well as far as the normies go she is still alive be it either a clone, look a like or an actor in a skin mask but one thing is for sure she is wandering around in the fires of hell while being on fire walking around begging everybody else in hell for a sip of water or trying to find a phone to call the fire department or looking for a fire extinguisher in which none of what she desires will be found she's probably just now figuring her thirst will never be quinced and her burning fire surrounding her will never be put out because that shit she is suffering from will be suffered for an eternity. I'm sure she received a suffering that is on the highest levels of all sufferings for what she's done to millions of children that's suffered from out of their hands
