almost none of that money will go towards the Ukraine remember Ukraine is the Money Laudering Capital,of the world,..it will go into a Burisma Bank, Thats right hey have their own bank,..and then be Laundered into different accts,...

Foreign Aid is a nice little earner because the people giving away the taxpayers' money stand to get a percentage as kickbacks. The more of our money they give away the more they make.
