I thought the indian statement was carefully neutral, certainly nothing like the constant accusation of lies that was from the likes of the UK, france, ireland, and norway.
A lot of commentary on chemical weapons - maybe a distraction since these dont seem to be threatened or used or suspected, by any parties.
China statement now.. pointing out that the WHO has directed that deadly pathogens in the biolabs should be destroyed.. they dont sound so safe if there are deadly pathogens.
