Traditional, tobacco-derived nicotine-containing juice for vapes was ruled to be a "tobacco" product and therefore under FDA regulations for cigarettes in 2016. They still have yet to release final rule and regulatory guidelines.

So the industry shifted to a non-tobacco derived nicotine source (think vegetable nicotine). RJ and Philip no likey. They send whores. They get regs that favor them.
