I see, thanks. And how does the russian banks currently offering new accounts that use the currency of the Chinese Communist Party, to hasten the russian-CCP integration, factor into this?

And secondly, how does Biden's/US/NATO's reluctance to get directly involved in Ukraine also factor into this?
