In Poland, regulations have been passed that stipulate that people admitting a refugee from Ukraine to their home cannot evict him, and is obliged to provide three meals a day and access to television and the Internet. The government reimburses the citizen PLN 40 (about USD 9) per refugee per day.

I wouldn’t like the “can’t evict” part or just the rules in general - if I am letting someone in my home out of the goodness of my heart, it’s my way, my way or the highway
