I don't think there is any doubt that Obama is running a shadow presidency in the background but I do think he is letting Biden make a fool of himself all on his very own.

Yeah they are running a shadow presidency, its in Florida at Trumps new Whitehouse, not through Biden. If you get into a fight, expect to get hit. Biden "winning" was us taking a punch. We didn't lose the fight, hell we didn't even lose that round, they just landed a punch, that's all.
