Strange. I usually get at least one cold each year but not even had a sniffle. The only problem I've had is kind of like arthritis in my hands; inflammation of the joints and/or tendons. I'm wondering if I'm taking too much of something? My daily routine is usually a piece of cheese (for the fat); D3 10,000 iu; K2 200µg; magnesium citrate 300 mg; zinc 30 mg; and recently I added NAC 600 mg and L-Lysin 2000 mg, which is maybe when the problem began because I've been taking the rest for 3 years. I shall experiment but I just wondered if anyone else has been sniffle-free or had inflammation in the hands?
I'm currently dosing myself with cider vinegar and I've stopped the supplements except for magnesium. I shall reintroduce them, one at a time.
How much calcium do you get each day?
I DEFINITELY think you need more K2 to balance that amount of D3.
Hubby and I have been doing 5k mg D, 25mg zinc, 1k mg C, 500mg Quercitin since August. No sniffles, no joint problems, actually Hubby’s asthma hasn’t flared up since being on the Quercitin.
I hear that's been happening frequently to people who regularly have sex with animals... looks like you've got some splainin to do, Turkish... 😒
Does strokin the neighbour's cat count, Herr Ober. ;)
Whoa wtf. Are you pulling a Mandela effect on me? How is your name Greekish now?

Δεν ξέρω.
😳
Thanks. Impossible to obtain Ivermectin here in Greece now. Customs are checking everything. I even had to sign a form to ger Fenbendazole through customs. It stated something like "I acknowledge that the medication is not approved" or words to that effect (in Greek).
