When T took office, or even in the transition period before, he noted the outrageous price of the two Boeings that had been ordered. Something like 4 BILLION dollars. He scraped that nonsense. I don't remember if he renegotiated or just canceled altogether, I think he canceled and then I didn't hear more about it. I appreciated that as a construction guy, he knew Boeing was taking the government and therefore, taxpayers to the cleaners.
