This is the scum in the legal system inventing a term like 'community standards' thats a catch-all for anything they dont like, without ever being explicit on definitions.

And of course, Mayorkas is himself a high-level felon for being a beneficiary of the steal, he will fight to keep the crime going for that reason - his own neck being on the line.
