it's dumb because it is so clearly a 1st amendment violation. just another ridiculous thing doomed to fail, but maybe wake up some normies that go" what ? " Though it does feel like the left is entirely the shrieking blue haired Karens by this point, maybe there are still some sheep to shake loose.
