Could it be that Nancy is Correct ?
IF….Washington DC is a separate entity within America (as in Sovereign State) Is it in fact Foreign Territory and therefore cannot be compelled to release that footage.
I have seen many people repeatedly point out that she has used this argument but…..NO ONE !! Has ever explained why that statement may be correct.
