As much as this is good news for Ohioans, we cannot forget what happened the past 2 fucking year with this RINO. Get this fucker out of office in Ohio, just another stunt to dupe the minds of the brainwashed.
Agree, fucking RINO. Remember how he was one if the first to lockdown and other states followed his lead. Fucked all the small businesses and restaurant owners. And thinking he’s some fucking medical expert cause he ‘cares’. He’s the worst POS using his Repub affiliation as cover. Fuck Dewhine!
Agreed. This was by no means a post in praise of DeWine, but I support the legislature that brought this bill to his desk and kept the pressure on until he signed it.
My comment wasn't directed towards you, sorry if it came off that way. I do support this as well.
Oh I didn’t take it that way! I definitely understand the ire toward DeWine. One of the worst politicians Ohio has ever seen, no doubt about that.
Contact at CPD is claiming, this law precludes carry in vehicles. Anybody have an answer either way?
This extends to carrying in your car, and you don’t have to notify police during a traffic stop, but it does not go into effect for another 90 days.
That is kind of what I figured. The very first page lays out an affirmative defense for nullifying the charges about improper transport of a firearm.
I'm enjoying the local media bitching about it.
The problem with that 'logic' is, criminals don't obey laws and carry guns either way.
